-We are the one stop service centre for unique design and contact work possessing a team of creative designers who are able to provide their expertise and professionalism to our clients,a detailed supervision and fairly good coordination at site also given by the experienced project team.Also,all of the carpentry and fit-out works are backed up by our manufacturing arm of subsidiary company.Moreover,we also provide our customers with experienced and reliable subcontractors support on all other related trades such as M&E,ceiling,flooring,painting etc to complete the whole package.

We don't normally have any preferred style as we always suit our customers' needs and requirements.For example,if our clients like the zen design style,we will give them the best service we can with our professionalism and expertise.

-What makes ideeconcept the outstanding one from rest?
We promote the simplistic,without having to resort to unnecessary random mix and match as that would inevitably create a higher design cost.In many cases,just with some basic pieces of furniture we can create a comfortable home that brings out the sense of space.

-What is the specialization of ideeconcept?
We are specialized in the conceptual design,interior design,space planning,project management,landscaping and total turn-key projects.

-What kind of service can a client expect from ideeconcept?
We divide our service into three important phase -Design and Space Planning,Ideas to implementation and Liveable Work Space.In phase one,Design and Space Planning,there will be a number of initial meetings to discuss the customer's goal,budgets,staff requirements,future expansion and image;in short,the customer's needs are our top priority.After the time frames and objectives are set and a contract is signed,we will prepare floor plans and design proposals where a presentation of colour schemes,lighting,and furniture styles,coverings for floors,wood surfaces and walls,merchandising and even signage,if necessary,will be shown to the clients.

In phase two,Ideals to implementation,we will prepare the purchase orders for the required items and services as soon as we have the green light from our clients.We select the best price from a variety of reputable sources and then when the trades people and items arrive,we oversee the whole process to ensure the quality is up to standard.Your deadlines are important to us and we will ensure that your down time will be as brief as possible.

Phase three,Liveable Work Space,is the phase where a final check for any deviations in the plans is carried out and to follow up after the project is over.We build on the idea of flexibility from the very beginning.As your needs change,space requirements may change too.Perhaps months or even years later.Ideeconcept can come in to update and enhance accordingly to the clients' needs while still maintaining the integrity of the existing space.
